Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel truly comfortable and confident with your purchase from Cotno. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within our return guidelines.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Important Note on Return Reasons
Returns are only accepted in cases where the item has tailoring issues or does not fit as expected. We’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind, so we encourage you to review your selection carefully before placing an order.
International Returns
At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Customers are kindly asked to arrange and cover the return shipping costs through their local postal service.
To begin your return, please email us at cotno.loveu@gmail.com. Our customer support team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any scent
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
Please note that any item showing signs of wear (such as makeup, deodorant, stains, or odor) cannot be accepted.
If returned item(s) do not meet these conditions, they will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.
Additional Notes
- Items must be received by Cotno before a refund can be processed
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale (unless faulty upon arrival)
- Undergarments
We also recommend handling form-fitting items with extra care when trying them on, as any signs of damage or wear will make them ineligible for return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
